Describe the bug
an error message refers to a command verb pairing that no longer exists (i think).

When you run pmapper orgs create

You see this message in the output:
Unable to load a Graph object for account REDACTED, possibly because it is not mapped yet. Please map all accounts and then update the Organization Tree (pmapper graph orgs update).

I think you want to change this to pmapper orgs update --org ID.
