If you add a clip plane and then apply any keyframe animation to the scene then even after you delete all keyframes you can no longer position or delete the existing clip plane using viewport interaction. Or at least no way I could find.

Hi Barricks,
Whenever a keyframe is selected, the widgets such as clip plane, crop, path etc are deliberately disabled for grabbing, so that the user does not unintentionally make any changes to them. In order to grab and manipulate them, go to Toggle menu and select mouse grabbers to change the mouse grabbing settings. You can also use "g" shortcut and toggle mouse grabbing for all.
