soilDB functions that create SoilProfileCollections currently set the metadata "origin" field to reflect the data source

For example (fetchNASIS("components")):

  m <- metadata(f.chorizon)
  m$origin <- 'NASIS components'
  metadata(f.chorizon) <- m

It might be useful if metadata also included a timestamp for when the query was run.
