We welcome your contributions! This package is a work in progress, and expansion is welcome. Please take a look at the contribution guidelines.

Wish-list areas include:

• Test existing functions with data you have access to, suggest feature improvements
• Add additional sampling design workup functions
• Edit existing functions to be more useful in practice

The forestsamplr package was first created by SilviaTerra, with the intent of building an open source tool for the field of forestry. The functions contained in the package are based on the equations and concepts outlined in several commonly referenced forest inventory textbooks.
