Done
@Longarithm Analyzed function call base fee model with factors (code length, number of functions). Looking at other factors, found that imports also have non-trivial contribution, and adding Aurora imports break the model (see near/nearcore#4826)
@EgorKulikov merged PR for state catch up (near/nearcore#4714); thought out and started implementation for block catch up
@mzhangmzz Working on applying block updates to split states
@pmnoxx finish tests for Routing Exchange algorithm / fix a few crashes; Move routing table to another thread; Worked on PR to remove duplicated routed messages (near/nearcore#4820)
@bowenwang1996 investigated the testnet crash and helped bring it back up
In progress
@Longarithm Try to find better factors for function call fees. Also find why Aurora is underestimated by current model; Look into missing execution outcomes for restored receipts
@EgorKulikov Introduce PR for block catch up; calculate shard borders; on-call this week
@mzhangmzz finish work on applying block updates to split states and finish changing places in code where it assumes number of chunks do not change (block production, reading/storing receipts)
@pmnoxx prepare material for the open problem discussion meeting on network; finish PR on routing table exchange; refactor
PeerManagerActor
to make testing it easier; Add tests for PR for removing duplicated routed messages@abacabadabacaba new state design; Reviewing sharding code
