Story

As a crypto-assets holder who needs to prove the ownership of assets, I want to have a simple assets view so I can link anyone to it.

Context

NEAR foundation request:

Indeed, we need to show the balances (either historical, or the current balance) to the auditors already this week. But definitely sound great there will be asset tab on Explorer. It's especially becoming important for stablecoins.

Additional feature would be great for adoption of stablecoins and other assets, is to show them on Explorer transactions: so we and others can pay in stablecoins and share tx link as a proof of payment (currently shows in different units, e.g. here says amount 5,000,000,000 when we paid 5k wrapped USDT - not straightforward to prove the payment amount)

Considerations

We already have discussed that we need support to view assets, and it is currently in the initial exploration/design stage.
