Any USDC withdraw fails with 'Not enough asset balance'. For example: https://explorer.mainnet.near.org/transactions/5D8jrEAMxQ9FxGqqAeXBJvvmf6PcAZt7EaasAfr6eHCQ

Solution: do "Adjust Collateral" each time after withdrawal. Definitely a bug.
