Swagger documentation broken

swagger-gen overwrites a section of code in the swagger-ui-dist/index.html file

for some reason in a recent generation of docs this section is not being replaced and referencing our project swagger file, looking at the previous version of the file, it seems somewhat different, but the regular expression to replace still seems ok. Need to investigage.
