Page refresh sometimes causes a file download of the HTML #60

sometimes stuff gets messed up, and when i refresh the page multiple times it causes a download of the html to disk

it saves as simply "download", and on mobile it thinks the page is an image

Would it be possible for you to provide code to reproduce this please? I've used vex in a couple different projects and haven't had this issue.
