Desktop Contacts Directory (offline)
Open Setup File, go to download link and download SetupNow.exe and install it on your windows computer and enjoy this simple contacts management system.
If you want to modify it and make more amazing it, then I share my source file here.. this is simple PHP application, you can modify it simply as you want.
I use sqlite database. it's offline database. here "needyamin.db" is the offline database in this application. if you want to modify database then download sqlite from google search.
