Title.

Some games work fine with the nav controller anyway, thinking it is a normal PS3 controller.

Some games let the nav controller function in their menus, but don't let me do anything in the actual game
Example: Killing Floor 2 allowed full menu navigation, both main and pause menus, but when I started a match I couldn't move my character or otherwise use the controller for anything.

Some games the nav controller simply can't do anything, even though the normal controller has full functionality.
Example: Paragon has controller support, although I never used it because I wanted my mouse for aiming, but my normal controller will vibrate whenever a match is found, so I know it works.
I don't know if nav even has vibration, but it didn't vibrate, wouldn't let me navigate menus, and when in a match like with killing floor I couldn't do anything.

I just want my nav controller to work so I can use it with my mouse for analogue movement and precision aiming.....
