引入了 prettier，配置跟随官方仓库
对所有 markdown 文档格式化了一遍
引入了 husky 和 pretty-quick，以实现在 git commit 时自动格式化
部分文档由于特殊原因（例如使用了全角空格而被当作了没有空格）可能需要手动修一下
