Change echo packets' data into csv/xlsx file instead of txt #3

The echo packets' response times are saved in a txt file along with the packets' info, which isn't very easy to work with when making a graph. The response times must be saved in a spreadsheet, so that we can easily use them by scripts to make graphs.
