Adds Polars extensions to use the h3o library from Python.
This currently more of a proof-of-concept than anything else, so caveat emptor.
This project uses Poetry for dependency management.
Clone the repo and run poetry install to install dependencies.
Install: poetry run maturin develop -m Cargo.toml
