Can't we use this gem with Ruby 2.7? #32

Our application runs on Ruby 2.7, but this gem requires Ruby 3.0 and above.
Why is this constraint required?

The reason is only why I tried the prototype with 3.0.0 before this gem.
In other words, I'm not sure the codes work with Ruby 2.7.

This doesn't mean I don't want to support 2.7. If I can, I want.

I see. We need some test suite to check if it works with Ruby 2.7.
