Neo4j ETL Tool not working on Neo4j Desktop 1.4.9 #85

I wanted to try out Neo4j ETL Tool with my databases where I could migrate my data from an Oracle DB to Neo4j DB but it seems that Neo4j ETL does not work with Neo4j Desktop 1.4.9.

Is there any solution about it or is there any configuration that I missed?? Just to clarify that I have ETL Tool under Graph Apps but when I want to open it, as it starts the ETL window it just hangs there forever.
