IndexStatisticsTest shape-up

- Deterministic flipping to ONLINE, i.e. expected updates/sampling
  will always be 100% known and doesn't need to be within a margin of error
- Performs consistency checking on the index after population tests
- Refactorings to use Person/name tokens everywhere
- Makes population and concurrent updates actually happen concurrently
  due to updates thread awaiting population thread start.
