- TASK: Bring back old release notes
- BUGFIX: Fix some Sphinx rendering errors
This serves documentation better and fixes a bug with reversed TOC generation if no release notes exist (as would be the case in the master branch, leading to potentially missing TOC in the next major branch…)

Building works now. "make livehtml" required me to install sphinx-autobuild before it worked. |
