resizing was introduced with #3227

Description

Resize of the document tree in Safari with Neos 8.3 is not possible as the icon is invisible

Steps to Reproduce

Try to resize the document tree in Neos 8.3

Expected behavior

Resize icon is visible and can be dragged

Actual behavior

Icon is not visible

Affected Versions

Neos: 8.3

UI: 8.3

Can confirm that horizontal resize works, but not vertical. I think it could be some z-index issue again, as I remember to encounter some problems with that back then.
