This is a new release of the flasher, it is based on NodeJS and Electron. The GUI is now written in HTML and CSS.
Theme is Material Design.
This is a windows only release, as I had no time to check it on Linux, and this one is the out of box flasher. So just extract and use it without installing anything.
The source code for this only consist of the GUI and its backbone only.
