How can I extract the orientation data of the deformed 3D microstructure as we are extracting it from the simulation.tess file using -for ori? More specifically, I would like to extract the orientation data before and after the deformation of a 3D tessellation. Can you please explain? |

You simply need to print orientations as output. Please consult the FEPX documentation to see how to print output, and the options available. Additionally, multiple examples contain configuration files which demonstrate how to print orientations. You can then use Neper (using the |
