Currently EdgeStatusAggregator(ESA) fails to update the NFDeploy status accurately when NFDeploy CR is updated. ESA needs to be fixed to update NFDeploy status to reflect the accurate NF status when NFDeploy CR spec is updated to add/delete/update NF information.
