• key config.yaml using file prow/config/config.yaml

That resolves nephio-project/nephio#160 issue, for other repos when Dockerfile will be provided the same pipeline will be applied.

No a problem / blocker. But 2 vCPUs and 2 GB memory seems like a LOT for the operator...
