Fixed CodeBlock on Mobile Devices, Updated Background in About Us, Added Community Forum #79

Issue

Background was not white in the About Us section and the slider was not necessary.
Link to Community Forum was missing in the website
Button styles not reflecting in cookie popup in documentation page

Fixed the codeblock on mobile view by overriding table CSS inside highlight.js codeblock.
About us background was fixed and slider was removed.
Link was added below marketplace in the footer.
Button styles were not imported in scss file, added them.
