So, I decided to install it on Windows Machine (from the website) but when I executed tic80 it says that it stopped working and then finally closes itself.

I thought that this was just a bug or something, so I builded it myself with the instructions of the README.md and it's the same thing.

My OS: Windows 8.1 Pro 64 bit (Original)

Sorry, but I think it's important, @nesbox.

I should say that the device that I'm using it's a Laptop, and the video card is a NVIDIA GeForce Go 7200.

I have the same problem, although on Windows 10 and an Intel Graphics Media Accelerator (same OpenGL version). Also, Versions prior to 0.70 seem to work fine, so I suspect it has something to do with shaders; maybe that could help fix the issue?

Let's add renderer (gpu/software) auto-detection on startup.

You can run tic80.exe --soft to enable software rendering without GPU.
