Adds (up to date) TweakScale /L support for Fuel Switches, allowing parts using them to be scaled if patches are applied.
Currently supports:
- Modular Fuel Tanks
- Real Fuels
Detailed installation instructions are now on its own file (see the In a Hurry section) and on the distribution file.
