NetBox version

v3.0.7

Feature type

New functionality

Proposed functionality

Within the filter/search form for interfaces, add a "kind" filter to allow filtering interfaces by general type (e.g. physical, virtual, wireless, etc.).

Use case

Greater ease of filtering interfaces by their general type. For example, ?kind=wireless will return all wireless interfaces without having to specify the exact type(s) desired.
