A small utility to call speech of Win10 UWP, it supported the more voice list in Win10 setting.
This application is using your Speaker & Microphone for Speech functions, converting text to voice stream and played from speaker, recognizing your voice to text from your microphone, save the text to voice audio file to your local folder such as "Documents". all datas is only used by this application and stored in your machine, no any internet accessing.
