Agenda for Next time:

• We really need to get these proposed to the NETCONF alias (and not here) as it is at the alias where actual agreements can happen
• Smart Filters
• Coap Transfer draft
• Deadline for Problem Statement submissions, next call next week

Smart Filters

• To be determined whether in-out of scope as part of the WG socialization
  • Henk: Would be great to have standard deviations (Alex currently put this in-out-of-scope)
  • Igor(?): Soaking periods before on-change are sent
  • Igor: Sets of conditions which might need to be met. Can be a replacement for a dampening period
  • Eric: Sets of objects, with on-change going to/from that set (currently shown as aggregations in out-of-scope)
  • Henk/Igor: perhaps there are outside modules which can be invoked as part of a filter request
• Some elements will almost certainly stay out of scope
  • E.g., freely programmable logic
• Heartbeat for threshold crossing (like via Data Distribution Service (DDS)) will be out-of-scope.

Coap Transfer draft

• Henk tried to submit, but ran into submission issues. Will be up shortly.

Next meetings

• One the week before IETF to align on presentation contents.
• Meetings resume after IETF, and will be scheduled based on authors driving agenda items for their particular technical solution drafts to the set of people in this meeting. If there are no agenda items proposed, there will be no meeting for the week.
