A WordPress plugin that hooks into wp_mail to instead use the Postmarkapp API to send e-mail.

LIMITATIONS

• No support for e-mail attachments or HTML based e-mails...

INSTALL

ADD IT TO YOUR GIT PROJECT VIA SUBMODULE

1. git submodule add git@github.com:voceconnect/wp-postmark-app.git wp-content/plugins/wp-postmark-app

DOWNLOAD PACKAGE

1. Download wp-postmark-app-1.0.tar.gz

2. Extract to wp-content/plugins/ .

3. Add the following constant defines to your wp-config.php file:

    define('POSTMARKAPP_API_KEY', 'XXXXXXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXXXXXXXXXX');
    define('POSTMARKAPP_MAIL_FROM_ADDRESS', 'from_address@mywordpressapp.com');
    define('POSTMARKAPP_MAIL_FROM_NAME', 'From Address Name');
   

4. Activate the plugin!

• Integrate a callback for use with Postmark's bounce hook to display a message to a user on their next login that there are issues with the e-mail address they've provided
