Exclude babelrc in the npm package

Excluding the babelrc file in the npm package would allow upndown to be used in project using a different babel version

upndown is meant to be used as an npm package, and not as the basis for another project.
Just create a package.json, install upndown and require it in node. You'll be able ti use whatever .babelrc file you want then.
