NethCTI 3: phonebook and history tech debt

1. Phonebook modification button must be hidden if the users couldn't modify contact ( For example appears for contacts from centralized phonebook)
2. Speed dial button must be shown only if a contact is mine (or create a new private cti contact and add it to speed dial)
3. Phonebook choosing company as grouping order clicking on a letter expect that will be shown a list of companies starting with the letter selected but the list shows companies with contacts initiated with the same letter.

Steps to reproduce

1. Add user to phonebook and check that modify button is visible from the users without permission to modify the contact
2. Modifying contacts that aren't users contacts there is the possibility to check the form checkbox to add contact to speed dial but it is possible only with users contacts
3. In phonebook clicking a letter are shown contacts which name or company that starts with clicked letter

Expected behavior

1. Modification button must be shown only if the users can modify contact
2. Hide add to speed dial button on contact modification if contact is not users contact
3. On letter click check if phonebook is filtered by users or by company and show only selected between company and name
