NethVoice 14: NethCTI technical debt

• History: the search does not work with name or company
• Off hour: fix offhour date from and date to on modify route datepicker
• Phonebook: add a third search filter, filtering for both name and agency
• History: fix search form graphics

Steps to reproduce

1. Open history page, try to search calls by name or company and check that filter is not applied
2. Save a route on Offhour check saved date and modify it using modify button than note that in datepicker months and days are reversed
3. Open phonebook an check that there isn't the possibility to filter results by all

Expected behavior

1. Search using name or company should work
2. On offhour route modify date in datapicker should be the same as in offhour route summary
3. Phonebook search should be filtered by company, person or both

Actual behavior

1. Search doesn't work with name or company
2. On offhour route modify fill datepicker with wrong date
3. Phonebook search can be filtered only by name or company not for both

Test

1. History:

• add a new contact in phonebook with name and company
• make some calls between the new contact and the user
• go in history and search only calls made with the contact created before
• check that search by name and by company works well

2. Offhour:

• create offhour set date from and date to
• try to modify to enable to disable offhour
• check that saved dates and information are correct in all cases and after all the operations

3. Phonebook:

• check that searching contacts with filters works well
• check that with the person filter checked the search returns only persons matching the searched string
• check that with the company filter checked the search returns only companies matching the searched string
• check that with the all filter checked the search returns persons and companies matching the searched string
