Steps to reproduce

  • Make a call between 2 extensions
  • verify that the conversation returned by rest astproxy/extensions is "out" for both extensions

Expected behavior

Right direction

Actual behavior

Wrong direction

The solution has to take account of it

How to test

  • Verify that NethCTI 3: no call management box for spy action #5612 still works as expected (verify this QA)
  • Verify the correctness of call direction during
    • incoming ringing call
    • connected call
    • above between extensions
    • above for outgoing call
    • above for incoming call
    • above for incoming call from a queue
