NethCTI: Remove reasons selection when action is Stop on agent pause all button

When an agent of a queue is paused at least in one queue, the pause all button becomes "Stop pause on all queues".
But the reasons selection is still working

If I select a reason a new pause is started, this pause overlaps the one in force, and on the queue report, I will have a double pause.

Steps to reproduce

• pause in one queue
• select a reason on "Stop pause on all queues".

Expected behavior

The reason selection when the near button Is STOP must be hidden
