Steps to reproduce

  • from the settings page enable both options:
    • Auto EXIT from QUEUES (on exit from app)
    • Auto ENTER into the QUEUES (on enter into the app)
  • put your user in queue pause status
  • make a logout/login from cti
  • at this point the db lacks the information about "unpause" event: after logout/login from cti, the user will be into the queue in an activate state (unpause has been done automatically from the system)

Expected behavior

Each time a user does a queue logout from the cti, the app has to check the "queue pause" status and in the case the user is on pause, it automatically put the agent in unpause status and then can make the logout.

The user can do a logout from queue in four ways:

  1. inside the queues page the user can click "logout" button for each specific queue
  2. inside the queues page the user can click "logout all queues" button to make a logout from all of his queues
  3. automatically, having enabled the options from the "settings" -> "queues" page
  4. from the OperatorPanel left side bar

Actual behavior

The DB lacks the unpause status information and so the pause statistics about queue agent showed into the QManager service are wrong.
