Steps to reproduce

There's not a how to reproduce.
This is a sporadic bug that happens after a period of time after the start of the cti server: it can be some days or a month.

Expected behavior

The user is able to always login to the cti

Actual behavior

In some occasions the cti client login stop to work properly.

How to test

  • verify that you can see the real-time status of the entire system:
    • operator panel: for example when a user receive an incoming call or when a user changes his presence status
    • qmanager: verify the correct status of queues and agents in real-time
  • verify that login/logout of a user from cti is correctly reported to the presence status inside the operator panel
