update undertow to 2.0.30.Final

fixes some bugs, especially https://issues.redhat.com/browse/UNDERTOW-1611
we would be very happy if you could update the undertow version as proposed in order to fix a major issue we encountered.

We'd appreciate this being released as a 1.6.x version

@gexclaude Thanks a lot for your contribution. We are using a tool called light-bot to upgrade all projects together. We have dozens of repositories scattered in public and private git servers and our customers might have hundreds or thousands repositories to be updated at the same time. I have created an issue in the light-config-test to get it started. It will take some time as we have some new projects that need to be included in the list. Again, thanks a lot for raising this up. I will merge this PR when all things are aligned.
