The Engineering Playbook references a code of conduct that does not currently exist. Other inner source repos should also follow this code of conduct.

Linking to our original Code of Conduct when we initially established our Neudesic GitHub Innersource efforts. Needs a good once-over at least and maybe this hits it to start?

A couple of other sources we could use to bounce our current statements against:

TODO's seems a bit more HR-ish, especially with the bigger focus on enforcement guidelines.
