@NeuraLegion/devops we now use this repo as the basis for the "on-prem agent" solution.
Let's publish it automaticlly to dockerhub neuralegion/repeater instead of the old one.

We can fix docs on the way.

It's already building to neuralegion/agent. Let's wait for some stabilizing and merge it with repeater

@rielas this is stable, please consult with @derevnjuk on changes for example files if needed, anyhow, this is ready to move.
