When file extension is e2e, octmarker gives an error of file size is 0 and cannot open them.
Changing the extension to E2E would solve the issue!
I didn't check the code but I believe this problem can be solved easily by changing a line or two.

Hello pkhateri,

thank you for reporting this issue. The searched code position is in https://github.com/neurodial/LibOctData/blob/master/octdata/import/he_e2e/he_e2eread.cpp in line 499. This problem is already fixed in the fork on my profile https://github.com/kaygdev/LibOctData/blob/master/octdata/import/he_e2e/he_e2eread.cpp. Unfortunately this repository is currently no longer maintained.

Best Kay

Hello Parisa,

I will not continue to develop the project until further notice, as I am currently working in another area. Minor bug fixes are possible, but major development steps are not to be expected. I still check in here from time to time and answer questions, so feel free to keep asking them here. If you want to develop something yourself, then I would advise you to use the stand in my private repo, there are a few bug fixes and minor improvements in it.

Best Kay
