Добавил два файла
первый start-with-dependencies.sh
качает зависимости, устанавливает venv
второй start.sh просто обновлят гит ветку и запускает,
вторым можно пользоваться чтобы не проверять каждый раз зависимости, а просто обновлять ветку и стартовать
В первый раз нужно запустить start-with-dependencies.sh
Потом можно запускать start.sh
Тестировалось на debian 11. bullseye
