- adds functionality for adding/removing/updating points on the frontend
- adds react-query to handle async calls (some calls still need to be switched over to react-query in a future TODO)
- refactored code to have condition remove/update/add operations done via direct HTTP calls (as opposed to having a save/cancel button)
- improve tests, including mocking for hooks and synchronized mockdata
