This patch simplifies the creation of HTML files by removing almost all needs for a template file in the preset or the dependent project.
Using html-webpack-template and some options will generate a pretty generic template in memory. I've set some baseline options, and added the ability back to specify options through package.json via a
config.htmlobject. Any further customization can extend the preset, which will probably be the case for multi-page apps.
