Remove the libunwind-14-dev package before installing the PA build dependencies, as this is incompatible with libunwind-dev

Also, after testing on CI using
ubuntu-22.04add some code toscripts/install_pulseaudio_sources_apt.shto remove an incompatible development package if it's installed. This will be required whenubuntu-latestis switched toubuntu-22.04.
