DOC bug in link GITHUB 404 #220

When visiting the docs and clicking on the link GITHUB I come on 404 page . Thought the project was dead because of this.

It go's to
https://github.com/neutronX/django-markdownx/edit/master/docs/index.md

Thank you. We have move the docs to a different branch, but seem to have forgotten to update GitHub links.
