Add the option to always send colour sequence, even through pipes. #46

So that, for example, when piping through less you can keep the coloured output.

  • Update the tests that do colour to use this option so that tests pass in Git Bash on Windows, and remove the mention of that from the readme.

Just add it to the existing colour option. e.g. --color=always

Git has always, never, or auto, see if that is a standard thing in gnu.

Make it not add NED_DEFAULTS options that are present on the command line.
