Compiled C API library for Tensorflow version 1.15 with CPU support for NVIDIA Jetson Nano and NVIDIA Jetson Xavier NX. If there is interest I will add a compilation with GPU support. This has been tested against OpenCvSharp version 4
Install
tar -C /usr/local -xzf libtensorflow.tar.gz
Update LD_LIBRARY_PATH as required.
