Difference between Barcode and PDF417 Scanner

Barcode Scanner

• Use MLKit
• Can scan barcodes, qrcodes, PDF417
• Can't scan truncated PDF417 issue

PDF417 Scanner

• Use Zxing
• Can "only" scan PDF417
• Can scan both regular and truncated PDF417
