Hi!, you can try Feynman Technique.

Good article & thanks for sharing.

That technique is part of a broader scope named Personal Knowledge Management. It is an incredibly rich and mind blowing topic.
There is no "right way" to learn better, but hundreds of techniques that will help one to improve one's psyche, mind or intellect.
For those interested, I should recommend to learn about several different techniques, apply them and analyze stick to the method they feel comfortable with.
